To mark the centenary of Claude Monet’s passing, the Musée des impressionnismes Giverny presents an exceptional exhibition devoted
to the artist’s early years in the village of Giverny, from his arrival
in 1883 to the end of 1890, when he became the owner of his house and
began designing his garden.
The ticket allows entry, for one day, to the museum between March 27th
and July 5th, 2026, with no need to book a specific date or time (from
10 a.m. to 6 p.m. - last entry 5:30 p.m.)

Carte blanche to Daniel Buren
From July 17th to November 1st, 2026

In the summer of 2026, the museum will give carte blanche to artist
Daniel Buren (born in 1938). The reputation of this French contemporary
artist extends far beyond national borders. Known for his signature –
white and colored vertical stripes – Buren’s in situ work
explores the notions of place, framing, and context in art.
For this carte blanche, Daniel Buren will present a brand-new in situ creation that will engage in dialogue with the museum’s collections.

to November 1st, 2026, with no need to book a specific date or time.
